The agreement
This page is the whole agreement. The price is the amount written with it: a first check to start, the rest of the setup when the site goes on your domain, then a monthly payment.
What the first check covers
It covers the design and the pages in the quote. You see the real site, with a draft banner, before it goes on your domain. One round of changes is included. A new direction after that is a new quote.
The monthly
The monthly covers hosting, backups, and the desk where you change the words, the hours, and the orders. About an hour of small edits is included, and that hour is capped. A new page, a new shop section, or a new direction is a new quote.
Canceling
You can cancel the monthly in writing. The site stays up through the month you have paid. After that, the domain, the words, and the photos are yours to take.
Card payments
If the site takes orders, card payments go to your Stripe account. The studio does not hold that money and does not take a cut. Shipping labels are billed to your Shippo account.
